Whole dish grain

Whole dish grains are grasses and grains that are prepared to be energetically whole.  They usually grow with a protective hull that is removed for human consumption. They have low to no gluten and can be milled into flour for non-gluten binders.  (Millet, Rices, Buckwheat, Jobs Tears, Oats)
