Sauce

Sauce is a "form." A way to use/serve ingredients. The "style" of sauce tells us which way it was cooked according to its binder.

There are Hot sauces and Cold sauces
  • Hot sauces are cooked to get the binder to work the substance
  • Cold sauces are beaten/blended to make the binder get to the desired substance
A sauce is not named by how it is served; it is named for the way it is constructed, built, cooked.
