Sauce
Sauce is a "
form
." A way to use/serve

. The "style" of sauce tells us which way it was cooked according to its binder.
There are Hot sauces and Cold sauces
Hot sauces are cooked to get the binder to work the
substance
Cold sauces are beaten/blended to make the binder get to the desired
substance
A sauce is not named by how it is served; it is named for the way it is constructed, built, cooked.
